What we ask in return
Use GitBrain on at least one team (3+ devs) for 3 months minimum.
Monthly structured feedback session (45 minutes). We send questions in advance, you tell us what's true.
Access to anonymized metrics — we read your GitBrain signals (aggregated, never raw code) to validate the product model.
A real answer when asked — if something's broken, you say so. If something's great, you say so. No ghosting.

Fit
- Engineering organization of 30 to 200 developers.
- Tech-first company (SaaS B2B, fintech, data infra, DevTools, AI, scale-up).
- Engineering leader with decision authority on pilots (CTO, VP Eng, Head of Eng).
- Pain on at least one of — R&D cost visibility, sprint predictability, run vs build allocation, engineering-finance alignment.
- Willingness to share (under NDA) real engineering data.
Not a fit (honest list)
- Very large orgs with 6+ month procurement cycles.
- Teams where engineering metrics are culturally blocked.
- Orgs that would treat GitBrain as a surveillance tool — that's not what we're building.

Can we leave the program if it doesn't fit?
Yes. 30-day notice. Your data is exported or deleted on request within 7 days. No lock-in.
